    Shipping Information

    Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). Large or heavy orders may be shipped via another major carrier of our choosing. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days and arrive in approximately 3-7 mailing days. Please allow extra shipping and processing time during holiday seasons.

    We are unable to ship outside of the U.S. at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

    Return Policies

    CONSUMERS:

    If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact Customer Service for assistance.

    Should an item/package arrive damaged, please notify us within 48 hours and we will assist you with obtaining a replacement item. Please keep the original packaging and item as we may request that it be returned before a replacement is provided.

    We are unable to accept ‘buyer’s remorse’ returns. Should you need any assistance in selecting the appropriate product(s) for your skin prior to purchase, please feel free to contact us.

    You may return an item to us only with prior approval from our Customer Service Department. Approved returns can be made to us within 14 days for a refund less original shipping and handling. No returns will be accepted if post marked later than 14 days following the date that the order was shipped to you. Products must be returned in their original, unused condition with all associated extras and/or gifts with purchase.

    At this time, we do not process exchanges. A new order will need to be placed.

    Only products purchased online at www.estelleskincare.com may be returned.

    LICENSED PROFESSIONALS

    If you are a Professional (i.e. Licensed Esthetician, Licensed Cosmetologist), you may return unused product within fourteen (14) days of your receipt of the order. Only unused product may be returned. Returns are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.

    How do I get refunded?

    To receive your refund, please return the product(s) in its original, unused condition and any included extras or gifts with purchase to the following address:

    We recommend that you send returns via a traceable method such as UPS, FedEx. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

    Please include a copy of your invoice when you return the merchandise so we can better locate your order in our system. No returns will be accepted if post marked later than 14 days following date that the order was shipped to you.

    Where’s my refund?

    Please allow up to 10 business days to process your return from receipt by our Returns Department. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item(s). Upon issuing a refund, this information will be passed on to your credit card company which can take up to 30 days to apply your credit. We do not refund shipping fees.

    I want to cancel my order

    We are unable to cancel orders that have entered processing. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you.
